Solution
To ensure the safe transport of its high-quality railway surveying systems, Amberg Technologies AG was looking for suitable transport containers that would meet its high requirements. For example, the solution sought should have a high degree of stability with a low weight, offer safe transport protection, be stackable, and enable easy handling and a clear arrangement of the devices.
The container systems made of colored, impact- and break-resistant polyethylene are manufactured using a deep-drawing process and have a variety of attributes that are essential not only for Amberg Technologies: The Thermodyne containers are light, dimensionally stable, suitable for air freight, splash-proof, stackable, chemical-resistant and have recessed fittings. The interior fittings specially developed for Amberg consist of polyethylene foam padding that is precisely tailored to the contours of the parts to be packaged.
