Challenge
The general hand tools must be packed for mobile use by the troops and in the maintenance of the F/A-18 aircraft. Depending on the use, the tools must be packed in a case if possible. The requirements for the packaging are very high. It must be stable, handy and light and offer optimal protection. In addition, the individual tools must be clearly arranged and the missing tool must be immediately visible.
Solution
Approximately 230 tool cases in 19 different designs. The tool cases are made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, with anodized aluminum profiles, comfortable handles and PU padding. The interior: Stable tool plates with twist locks are mounted in the lid. Where possible, an individual holder was adapted for each tool part and the tool contour was printed on the plates in white screen printing. A cover plate and a PE foam insert with contour-accurate recesses are integrated in the base. The cases are individually labeled on plastic signs.
