Solution
A few years ago, Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG was looking for high-quality packaging that was suitable for the storage and safe transport of sensitive tools and test equipment. Very important: the new packaging had to be available in a wide range of sizes, as the company wanted to offer its customers a packaging system that was as uniform as possible. Thanks to the large range for the various applications, Kappeler's transport and storage boxes have become established as standard packaging at Pilatus Flugzeugwerke AG. The boxes made of colored polyethylene are manufactured using a thermoforming process and offer optimal protection in extreme conditions. Both the materials used and the special shape ensure that the transport and storage boxes can withstand a lot and are practically indestructible. With individually manufactured foam inserts and/or partitions, the boxes can be adapted to every need. Felix Wälchli, responsible for ground support equipment at Pilatus, is convinced: "With Kappeler and its products, we have found a competent partner who actively supports us in solving projects."
